It has been a few weeks since we have provided an update. We can say that we have not been holidaying, that is the furthest from our minds right now. We are now into the final stretch of achieving Certification that will allow our Luxury Bed & Breakfast Staycation Resort to Open. Three Key Inspections, a regulatory requirement, Rocky View Building Safety Codes, Emergency & Fire and Alberta Health Services.
Working towards receiving certification for our stage 1 opening in January 2024. Rocky View County has been very helpful in providing the requirements; Building Safety, and Emergency and Fire, for when the inspection will occur, we are confident to receive Certification.
Alberta Health Services has also been very helpful in preparation for our inspection. Food Management and Preparation will be one of the highlights of staying at the Luxury Roundhouse Grotto Staycation Resort.
It is our Goal to offer a Luxury Staycation Resort, packaged into a Bed & Breakfast. Solitude, and relaxing but when you want to interact we are there for our guests.

A busy week for Inspections of the Roundhouse Grotto.
– Alberta Health Services performed their inspections. All is GOOD.
– Rocky View Building Safety Codes performed their inspections. One item to deal with and All is GOOD.
– Rocky View Fire Inspection performed their inspection. One item to deal with and All is GOOD.
Stage 2 of our opening will be worked on in January, February and March:
AGLC Liquor License and AHS Swimming Pool Certification.
All inspections completed before the Winter Holiday Season. We can now go full steam ahead, advertising our Opening February 1st 2024, as of now we are accepting reservations.
